Outdoor Credit, Inc. offers flexible rent-to-own and financing options that help customers acquire metal buildings, sheds with affordable periodic payments and no traditional credit check.

Our rent-to-own and financing programs are available in Georgia and Florida.

No — our solutions are designed to be accessible. A traditional credit score isn’t required for rent-toown agreements, making Outdoor Credit a good option if you’re building or repairing credit.

Down payment amounts vary by product type, price, and state regulations. Typically, you’ll make a percentage of the purchase price upfront (e.g., first months rent + $95.00 processing fee). Your personalized quote will outline this before you commit.

Payments begin 30 days after delivery/setup of your building.

Yes. You can pay off your rent-to-own agreement at any time with no early-termination penalty. In many cases, paying off early can reduce the total amount you pay overall.

Yes. Like most rent-to-own options, the total amount paid over the term will be more than the cash purchase price because you are spreading payments over time. However, this structure makes ownership possible without large upfront cash.

Most rent-to-own agreements allow you to return the product if you choose not to continue payments. Details vary by product type, so please review your contract or contact customer support for specifics.

Rent-to-own agreements typically do not get reported to credit bureaus. However, certain financing options might be reported. Please verify with our team which applies to your agreement.

We support a variety of outdoor products — including storage buildings, sheds, and metal buildings. Your dealer will confirm what’s eligible before you apply for financing.

We offer multiple payment methods:

To qualify for a rent-to-own agreement, you generally need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A valid government-issued ID

During the rental period, you are responsible for basic maintenance of the item. Once ownership transfers (after full pay-off), you assume full ownership responsibility. Certain products may offer optional protection plans — ask your sales representative for details.

To opt-out of a specific text messaging program, text the keyword STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our shortcode or 10 digit phone number for that particular program to cancel. After texting one of these keywords to our shortcode or 10 digit phone number, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. As a customer of Outdoor Credit, Inc., you consented to receive these text messages and other contact during your application process and within your contract.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

Usage Information

OCI may also collect information about your computer or device configuration, such as your browser type, operating system, or ISP domain name. OCI may collect information about the site you last visited prior to visiting our Platforms or about your activity during your visit to one of our Platforms.

OCI uses browser cookies in order to improve your user experience by enabling our Platforms to ‘remember’ you or your preferences, either for the duration of your single visit to a website (using “session cookies”) or during additional visits (“persistent cookies”). A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or device by a website. Every cookie is unique to your web browser and contains anonymous information such as a unique identifier, the site name, and some digits and numbers. Information We Receive From Third Parties

OCI may also offer social sign-on services that allow you to register for a promotion using a third-party social networking site such as Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, or Twitter. By using these services, you allow OCI to access publicly available information from your third-party social network profile, such as your name, age, gender, location, email address, and list of friends.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)

To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

Except as described in this policy, OCI does not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent. We may share non-personal information, such as aggregate data or usage information, with third parties. What Choices Do You Have About How Your Information Is Used?

An individual’s desire to “opt-out” of receiving marketing or other information from a client will be handled in accordance with a particular client’s privacy policy. OCI requires its clients, by contract, to use the data that OCI collects on its behalf in accordance with generally accepted privacy standards for both offline and online data, which standards call for an “opt-out” method for individuals who have provided personally identifiable information. Ultimately, however, OCI is not responsible for data collected on behalf of clients when such data is in a client’s possession where applicable.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the personal information provided to us on the Platform. However, no Internet transmission is completely secure or error-free, and despite our efforts to protect personal information, there always remains a possibility or risk of unauthorized access. If you wish to contact OCI to communicate about privacy-related issues, or for any reason at all, you may do so by sending an email to info@outdoorcreditinc.com.

Do Not Track

OCI does not support Do Not Track browser settings and does not currently participate in any Do Not Track frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding collecting your personal information.

Notice Regarding International Users

If you are accessing our Platforms from outside the United States, by providing your information to us, you are consenting to the transfer of your information to the United States for processing and maintenance in accordance with this policy. You also consent to the application of United States law in all matters concerning the Platform.

How Will We Notify You of Privacy Policy Changes?

OCI may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. Therefore, you should periodically visit this page to view the current privacy policy. In the event of a material change to this privacy policy, OCI will advise you of the change by posting notice of the changes on our platforms.

ACH Policy

Parties; Terms; Consent.

This EFT Authorization (“ Authorization”) is between us and you. Terms used in this Authorization, but not defined, have the same meaning as in the Installment Loan Agreement (the “Agreement”). We may from time to time offer you the option to make Loan payments by EFT. EFT services would involve us initiating one or more electronic debits from a deposit account that you specify (the “Account”). This Authorization applies to any EFT services that we offer.

Services and Timing.

The only EFT services that we offer are one-time and recurring EFTs that enable you to make payments on your Loan. If you choose to make a one-time Loan payment by EFT, you authorize us to debit your Account for the amount that you select, on or after the date that you choose. If you choose to make recurring payments on your Loan, you authorize us to initiate recurring debits to your Account for the amount that you specify on or after the dates that you specify at the time of enrollment. If a payment that you have authorized is returned unpaid, you authorize us to seek that payment up to two additional times.

Business Days.

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays (“Business Days”). If you have agreed to make automatic payments on your due date through our EFT services and your due date falls on a day that we do not process EFTs, we will credit your payment on your due date.

Canceling this Authorization.

If you wish to cancel this Authorization (and have us stop any and all EFT payments that you have scheduled), write to us c/o Outdoor Credit, Inc. 1135 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, Florida 32609 Authorization in such time and manner so as to give us and your depository institution a reasonable opportunity (typically 3 Business Days after our receipt of your cancellation) to act on your request.

In Case of Error or Questions About Electronic Debits

call us at 877-228-25 (toll-free) or write to us at c/o Outdoor Credit, Inc. 1135 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, Florida 32609, Attn: Customer Service as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 90 days after your depository institution sends you the FIRST statement of your Account that shows the problem. When communicating with us regarding an alleged error:

  • Tell us your name, address and phone number.
  • Describe the error or transaction you are unsure about and explain why you believe there is an error or need more information.
  • Provide the dollar amount of the alleged error.

If you tell us orally, we may require that you send your complaint or question in writing within 10 Business Days.We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 Business Days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question. If we need more time, we will credit your Account within 10 Business Days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 Business Days, we may not credit your Account.

We will tell you the results within 3 Business Days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will (a) send you a written explanation and (b) reverse any provisional credit that we provided to you. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

Our Liability for Failure to Process or Stop Electronic Debits.

We will be liable for your losses or damage if(a) a transaction is not completed as you direct, (b) we do not complete a transfer to or from your bank account on time or in the correct amount, or (c) you have requested that we stop a debit at least 3 Business Days before the scheduled date of the payment and we fail to do so. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable to you in the following instances:

  • If, through no fault of ours, your Account does not contain enough money to complete the transaction.
  • If the funds in your Account are subject to legal process or other encumbrance restricting the transaction.
  • If circumstances beyond our control (such as fire or flood) prevent the transaction, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken.

Liability for Unauthorized Electronic Debits.

So long as you notify us of any errors in a timely fashion, we will not hold you liable for an EFT that we process if you have not authorized the EFT. Please refer to the section of this Authorization titled “In Case of Error or Questions About Electronic Debits” to find out how to contact us if you have a question or believe we made an error.

Authorization to Correct Errors.

If we make an error in making or seeking any payment that you authorize, you authorize us to correct the error. We will correct the error by initiating an electronic debit or credit, as applicable, to the Account. The debit or credit will be in the amount of the error and will be made on or after the date any such error occurs.

Limitations.

You may initiate multiple one-time EFT payments in differing amounts to your Loan each day. A onetime EFT payment may not exceed your total outstanding balance. However, if the Agreement provides for a Deferred Interest Promotion, a one-time EFT payment may not exceed your outstanding promotional balance. The total of all EFT payments for one day may not exceed the amount required to repay your Loan.

Fees. 

We do not charge any fees for processing EFTs.

Authorization to Vary Amount of Payment.

If any recurring debit will vary from the amount that you authorize, we will send you written notice of the varying amount at least 10 days before we debit your Account.

Confidentiality.

We will not disclose any information about your Account or EFTs except in the following circumstances:

  • (a) as necessary to complete EFTs.
  • (b) to comply with applicable law or government agency or court orders.
  • (c) if you give us your written permission.
  • (d) in accordance with our privacy policy.
